Introducing several elective science areas in a fun and exploratory way inside and outside of the classroom. Engaging students in studies of native plants and animals, aquatic science in studying freshwater (lakes, rivers, groundwater) and marine water quality and organisms, lab activities for water chemistry and beyond, environmental sciences in studying changes in ecosystems and protecting our planet, and forensic science analysis on objects, collections, and Forensic Files investigations.  Explore the science of chemistry and physics behind the food we eat. Experiment with techniques and eat the data!
