Below you will find a few pieces of information to help you ease into the "homeschool" transition:

• Students may ask questions directly through the Showbie Class Discussion or the specific assignment and I will respond directly there as well. 
• I will be available by email from 8 am - 8 pm each day if you have any questions or need assitstance of any kind.
  • This means I will respond to an email within approximately 15-20 minutes of the time you send an email or Showbie message.
  • I may step away for an extended time (about an hour) for recess time (aka- workout and go on a walk with my kids so they can burn off energy). 
  • If you email me after these hours, kindly allow until the next morning for me to respond. 
• Your students will have instruction/lessons/classwork to complete each day. Some assignments may be spread over multiple days. They are responsbile for completing the work to the best of their ability and to reach out with any questions. 
• Resources needed for your child: their school iPad or any personal device (desktop computer, laptop, personal iPad, phone, etc.) and access to the internet. 
• All assignments will be posted on Showbie. They will complete their assignments on the iPad and submit back into Showbie. If possible, they are welcome to print out any assignments, complete on paper, and email mail the photo(s) of the completed assignments to me. 
  • They will be located in the folder title Remote Classroom.
  • Assignments will be labled by the date they are assigned. 
  • The due date will be postedon the Showbie assignment along with being in the respective class tab here on the left.
• Tests- These will be in Google Forms and be posted the day of the test.

• COVID Journal- Creating your own Primary Source-Due upon return to school
• New Republic President Review- Due upon completion
