Juarez, Chris

Chris Juarez was born and raised in San Antonio.  His wife and he have been a part of the St. Matthew Church and School for the past 26 years. They have sent all 5 of their kids through St. Matthew Catholic school since PreK. All of their children are college graduates and one of them is a current teacher at St. Matthew. Chris has worked for AT&T and Toyota Texas, but neither of those jobs compare to the past 15 years as Athletic Director at St. Matthew’s. Coming to St. Matthew was a true calling for him and he was glad he answered it. Chris believes that financial success is only part of your quality of life, and what St. Matthew gives back is pay enough. His  goals each year are to make sure our student athletes have the tools they need to be successful on and off the field of play and to allow them to reach their full potential in all areas of the athletic experience. Chris strives to make sure that all of our facilities are safe for play and that the experience they have will be the most rewarding moments in their life.
