Vera, Annie

Mrs. Vera is a kindergarten teacher aide at St. Matthew Catholic School.  Mrs. Vera has a wonderful husband( James),  2 handsome sons, (Andrew and Luke),  and a fur baby, Olivia. Mrs. Vera attended Catholic school from 1st grade through high school. She graduated from UTSA with her Bachelor of Arts in Marketing. She received her Master of Arts degree from the University of Incarnate Word with a certification of Organizational Development. Her sons graduated from St. Matthew Catholic School, and both continued their education at Antonian College Preparatory High School.  

Mrs. Vera is a Eucharistic Minister.   She is involved in the ACTS community, and she is a faith formation teacher.  She enjoys gardening and walking.  The Vera family spends many weekends at the beach! They love game nights and family dinners and barbecues. 

Mrs.  Vera was born to teach! She loves the children and is a fantastic follower of God.  She loves teaching all children about God.  She is blessed to be included in the St. Matthew community.
